Booking Guide

How to Book Your Hajj or Umrah Package

From your first enquiry to boarding the plane — the full process, what you pay and when, and what is included.

The 6-step process

  1. Request a free quote. Fill in the online quote form with your departure city, preferred dates, group size and room type (Quad, Triple or Double). No payment, no obligation.
  2. Review options with an advisor. Within 24 hours an advisor sends two or three tailored options — hotel names and distances from the Haram, flight routing, inclusions and full pricing. Ask as many questions as you like.
  3. Confirm with a deposit. Once you choose, a reservation deposit (typically 20–30% per person) locks your seats and hotel rooms. You receive a written booking confirmation and invoice.
  4. Submit your documents. Send passport scans, photos and your meningitis vaccination certificate so visa processing can start. For Hajj, this must be done well before the Saudi cut-off.
  5. Pay the balance. Settle the remaining amount in full, or by an agreed instalment plan, before the balance due date shown on your invoice (usually 6–8 weeks before departure).
  6. Receive your travel pack. We send your visa, e-tickets, hotel vouchers and day-by-day itinerary, and hold a pre-departure briefing covering the rites, logistics and group contacts.

Payment methods

  • Bank / wire transfer (preferred for larger balances)
  • Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Flexible instalment plans after the reservation deposit

Always pay into the company account named on your official invoice. HajjCall.com will never ask for payment to a personal account or via gift cards or cryptocurrency.

What is included

  • Hajj or Umrah visa processing
  • Return international flights (unless you book a land-only package)
  • Hotels in Makkah and Madinah at the category booked
  • Airport, inter-city and (for Hajj) Mashair transport
  • Daily breakfast, and full board on Hajj packages
  • English-speaking group leader and scholar
  • Guided ziyarat tours in both cities

What is not included

Passport fees, travel insurance (unless stated), the Hajj sacrifice (hady) where charged separately, personal expenses, extra excursions, and meals not listed in your itinerary.

Deposits, changes & refunds

The reservation deposit is generally non-refundable because seats and rooms are secured on your behalf immediately. Cancellations 60+ days before departure may receive a partial refund of the balance minus supplier fees; within 30 days bookings are usually non-refundable due to airline and hotel rules. Name changes are subject to airline policy. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

How long does it take?

For Umrah, a booking can often be completed in a week or two. For Hajj, start 4–8 months ahead — visa quotas and flights sell out early. See the Hajj 2027 guide for the season timeline and the FAQ for more.
