1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your Hajj or Umrah booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the departure date specified at booking, unless an alternate installment plan has been agreed in writing.
2. Visa & Documentation
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information and valid travel documents. HajjCall.com will process visa applications on your behalf but is not liable for delays or rejections caused by government authorities.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are generally non-refundable due to airline and hotel policies. Please contact our support team for details specific to your booking.
4. Changes to Itinerary
HajjCall.com reserves the right to make reasonable changes to hotels, flights or itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (including government regulations), while maintaining an equivalent standard of service.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must comply with Saudi Arabian laws and Hajj/Umrah regulations, follow group schedules, and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their journey in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
HajjCall.com acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport). We are not liable for losses, delays or damages caused directly by these third parties, though we will assist in resolving any issues.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HajjCall.com is registered.
